Stamp Duty payable for registration of Articles of Association in Kerala revised from Rs.1000/- to Rs.10000/- w.e.f 01/04/2013 vide THE KERALA FINANCE BILL, 2013. New version of Form 18, 23C, DIN-1 and DIN-4 will be available on the Portal, effective 25th December, 2012. All Stakeholders are requested to use the new version w.e.f. 25th December, 2012 (6.00 AM) as the current version of these Forms will be discontinued.  *As per General Circular number 39/2012 dated 12.12.2012, time limit to file financial statements in XBRL mode (for the financial year commencing on or after 01.04.2011) without any additional fee has been extended upto 15th January'2013 or within 30 days of AGM of the company , which ever is later.  *New Form I-XBRL (Cost audit Report) and Form A-XBRL (Compliance Report) will be available on the Portal effective 2nd December, 2012. All Stakeholders are requested to use these forms for filings of Cost Audit report and Compliance report w.e.f. 2nd December, 2012 (6.00 AM)  *MCA Front offices situated at Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai and Kolkata are being discontinued with effect from Monday,the 8th of October, 2012, and hence, will not be available to offer any assistance to MCA stakeholders. All Stakeholders are requested to use new version w.e.f. 4th October, 2012, as the current version of this Form will be discontinued thereafter.  *New version of Form 23AC and Form 23ACA (vide notification dated 21st September, 2012) will be available on the MCA website for filing w.e.f. 30th September, 2012. All Stakeholders are requested to use new version w.e.f. 30th September, 2012 (6.00 AM), as the current version of these Forms will be discontinued thereafter.  *New version of Refund Form will be available on the Portal, effective 16th September, 2012. All Stakeholders are requested to use new version w.e.f. 16th September, 2012 (6.00 AM) as the current version of Refund Form will be discontinued.  *New Form 24AAA (vide notification dated 10.07.2012) and new version of Form 21 and 23 (vide notification dated 26.07.2012) will be available on the Portal, effective 12th August, 2012. All Stakeholders are requested to use new version w.e.f. 12th August, 2012 (6.00 AM) as the current version of Form 21 and 23 will be discontinued.  *Last date for filing the Form 23B without fee has been further extended. Fee shall be charged on any eForm 23B filed on or after 12th August, 2012. You are therefore advised to file the pending eForms within the time limit to avoid any last minute rush. Refer circular number 22/2012 dated 03/08/2012 for details.  *New version of Form 8, 10 and 17 (vide notification dated 19.07.2012) will be available on the Portal, effective 22nd July, 2012. All Stakeholders are requested to use new version w.e.f. 22nd July, 2012 (6.00 AM) as the current version of these forms will be discontinued  *New versions of all LLP eForms and of Form DIN-1 will be available on the Portal, effective 11th June, 2012, as part of integration of LLPs into the MCA21 system. All Stakeholders are requested to use new versions w.e.f. 11th June, 2012 (6.00 AM) as the earlier version of these forms will be discontinued.  *New version of Form DIN-4 will be available on the Portal, effective 29th May, 2012. All Stakeholders are requested to use new version w.e.f. 29th May, 2012 (6.00 AM) as the current version of this form will be discontinued.  *New version of Form 23C and Form 23D will be available on the Portal, effective 21st April, 2012. All Stakeholders are requested to use new version w.e.f. 21st April, 2012 (6.00 AM) as the current version of these forms will be discontinued.  *New version of Form 32 will be available on the Portal, effective 12th February, 2012. All Stakeholders are requested to use new version w.e.f. 12th February, 2012 (6.00 AM) as the current version of this form will be discontinued.  *It has been observed that since DIN was made online, some professionals are certifying DIN form and attachments without exercising due diligence. Actions is being initiated against such professionals. Applicants are requested to ensure that all due procedures are followed at the time of making DIN application.
